Use of our heliports is by prior permission only.

To make a booking for one of our special event heliports, or to use one of our heliports for a date other than those listed in our brochure, please complete the Booking Form on page 13 and fax it to us.

If we do not have a current, valid Insurance Indemnity on file, we will ask you to complete the Indemnity form on page 15 and get this countersigned by your insurers before returning it back to us.

Some of the events require pilots to attend a briefing.  Details of such briefings are given in our brochure.

On completion of all formalities, you will be issued with a call-sign which is specific to the helicopter you are using.  If the aircraft changes for any reason, it is essential that you call us to discuss this with us.
