Surrey Special Branch have requested details (full names, addresses and dates of birth in the case of British passengers.  Non-British passengers should state their nationality and passport number) of all passengers landing by helicopter at Epsom.

It is suggested that details are provided by means of a General Aviation Report and this should be submitted direct to them, preferably by email to:

Similarly, Thames Valley Special Branch have requested full names, addresses, dates and places of birth for all passengers.  Again, preferably by email to:

The Epsom and Ascot pilot briefings will be held at Redhill Aerodrome on Thursday 24 May 2012, commencing at 11am with this Epsom briefing.

Pilots wishing to fly into Redhill for this briefing should please contact the aerodrome on 01737 821802 for PPR.  The aerodrome have kindly waived landing fees for anyone attending this briefing.
